For years we have been involved in the design of custom personalized jewelry and we offer them in almost all metals. Our professional team consists of highly trained jewelers, each in their own department of profession.

Our Products & Quality:

Our products include picture pendants, nameplates, name rings, name Earrings, bangles, bracelets, stud earrings, bar necklaces and much more.

We know how important quality is to our customers and therefore, we assure you great workmanship and skill throughout the process. We take our time in creating a one of a kind piece just for You!   
All of our nameplates are durable and do not bend easily. Our single plates are .8mm thick and our double plates are .8mm each plate.  All of our name rings are solid sturdy rings.

We have long time experience graphic designers who clean the image you send us before transferring your image onto one of our picture pendant products. All of our Sterling Silver products are Sturdy real Sterling Silver .925, we don’t use base metal in any of our Personalized Name Jewelry. Our Gold Plating and Rose Plating items are Sterling Silver underneath, not base metal. All 10K and 14K gold Products are Solid Gold, Not Plated.

CARE OF PRODUCT:  All Gold and Rose Plated products are sensitive to chemicals ( pool water, body soap, perfume, body lotion, Sweat, Heat etc) and that's why we try to encourage not expose it to these type of products. It can weaken the protection on the image and affect the plating. Any item can be refurbished for a $25 charge anytime, which includes shipping both ways! Email us at Sales@JOOLAREE.com

Return & Exchange Policy:

Joolaree.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your product and experience!

If you happened to receive a defective item or an item that was made wrong on our end, you have 30 days to return the item to us. Please email us at Sales@JOOLAREE.com for a return label and we will be happy to repair or refund your money. Please indicate the reason for your return and add your invoice #.

All custom personalized orders (picture pendants, monograms, nameplates, name rings, name earrings, name tags, bar necklaces, bangles, studs etc.) are Final Sale. They are not returnable or exchangeable unless the error was ours.
